LG has officially announced their latest flagship called the LG G7 ThinQ+ smartphone for the consumers in the GCC region. It’s the first G-series flagship phone that features AI capabilities built-in to redefine how ‘smart’ can a smartphone be. The latest device also comes with a host of new features and improvements.
The LG G7 ThinQ+ is powered by Qualcomm’s fastest Snapdragon 845 mobile platform for its advanced AI functions, starting with its innovative AI CAM. The new device comes with a redesigned wide-angle 16MP rear dual camera and an 8MP front camera, which harnesses the power of AI for the most impressive image results. The camera with AI automatically optimizes shots based on a subject that matter. To help users take advantage of voice commands and the advanced AI features of Google Assistant, the LG G7 ThinQ+ sports a dedicated “Google Assistant Key” that provides a quick and easy way to access Google Assistant, and this is a first in an Android smartphone with such a capability. It’s a faster way than saying the usual “OK Google,” command to call OUT Google Assistant. LG has also included the Super Far Field Voice Recognition (SFFVR) that helps to recognize voice commands from up to five meters away. This makes the G7 as effective as a home-based smart speaker.
