THE BLACKSMITH DUBAI
Labeled as ‘Dubai’s first real smokehouse’, the Blacksmith Restaurant has all the ingredients to do complete justice to its tag. Located at the far end of Dubai Marina, the Blacksmith serves the best barbeque and other dishes along with mouthwatering drinks and desserts. A heady start to the brunch would be the spicy meatballs called armadillo eggs and the succulent chicken wings dripping in homemade barbecue sauce. The stars of the show are certainly the Barbecue Ribs, the beautifully cooked meat bursting with flavor. Another delicacy which you should try is the BBQ Apricot Duck Breast- which is smoked with apricot extract and smoked again to a caramelized perfection. You should also have a go at the sliders which had three types mainly Shrimp Po boy, Beef brisket and pulled chicken. Finally, the stars of the dessert section are Golden Oreo Banana Pudding which is prepared with banana and golden oreo. RIVEIRA CHIC BRUNCH
